ETH : A Spot ETF?

I mentioned before that creating a SPOT ETF for ETH would not be a simple affair. Not as straight forward as BTC. ETH currently burns its fees, reducing supply, but it also allows on-chain staking at 4%. Now imagine having to run that through a SPOT Fund?
